I’m able to create you a truly custom plan. Once I obtain the information needed from your self. I can then formulate a program that works around your lifestyle, time available to train, access to gym or home equipment, ability and the goals you would like to achieve.

You’ll have an initial consultation. 4 weekly training plans that are adjustable. 24/7 message access. Face to face call for a check in and training and nutrition adjustment. Visual examples of each exercise on your training plan. Which is all via the EVERYONE FITNESS APP.

Online coaching is both cost and time effective. Being able to train anywhere anytime at your own convenience. Not only that but I aim to make your tailored programme easy to follow and easily accessed via the EVERYONE FITNESS APP. No need for PDF spreadsheets, just log in and get going!

  • Full bespoke training programmes tailored to you and your goals following your consultation. Programme to be reviewed weekly and adjusted when and where needed.
  • App login, Here you can view your progress on a regular basis and access your plans.
  • Weekly Face to face check-ins or if preferred via What’s app, Email, Text
  • 24/7 Messaging available if needed for any guidance
  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaching and guidance. Tailored meal guide including calorie and macro goals can be accessed within the app.
