I’m a personal trainer and online fitness coach living and working in Middlesex UK. I have vast experience including providing personal training in one of the country’s most prestigious health and fitness club’s. I am also able to offer my expertise and services via my app. which only extends my reach in helping people in achieving full potential and goals globally!

I have a huge passion for health and fitness which started as a young boy and then carried on throughout my time served in the military and up until this point.

24/7 messaging via the Everyone Fitness App. Allow up to 12 hours for a response time in the evenings. Also within bank holidays and holiday periods

I will remove that nutrition guesswork for you. I’ll give you guidance on how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be aiming for each day.

I’m able to create you a truly custom plan. Once I obtain the information needed from your self. I can then formulate a program that works around your lifestyle, time available to train, access to gym or home equipment, ability and the goals you would like to achieve.

You’ll have an initial consultation. 4 weekly training plans that are adjustable. 24/7 message access. Face to face call for a check in and training and nutrition adjustment. Visual examples of each exercise on your training plan. Which is all via the EVERYONE FITNESS APP.

1-2-1 personal training

1-2- 1 personal training with your Personal Trainer on an individual basis with a training program tailored to you.  Training programs along with nutrition guidance to help you reach your goals. Programmes will be accessible via the EVERYONE FITNESS APP. This is ideal if you like to train on your own or with a trainer.

8 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAMS

The 8 week training program is designed depending on each individual’s goals and capability.
