Why 1-2-1 Personal Training?
1-2- 1 personal training with your Personal Trainer on an individual basis with a training program tailored to you. Training programs along with nutrition guidance to help you reach your goals. Programmes will be accessible via the EVERYONE FITNESS APP. This is ideal if you like to train on your own or with a trainer.
In order to reach your goals lifestyle change may be in order to achieve them. With adjustments to nutrition and a positive hardworking attitude towards reaching what you desire. Whether you want to lose weight/body fat, build muscle mass and strength. Or all of that I’ve just mentioned, we will work together to create a tailored programme that enables you to reach your specific goals. I will be with you every step of the way.

- Posture analysis
- Overview of your food diary and continual reviews.
- Fitness/strength test depending on clients needs
- 1-2-1 Coaching
- Full bespoke training programmes tailored to you and your goals following your consultation. Programme to be reviewed weekly and adjusted when and where needed.
- Programmes available via app when not with your coach
- Available 5 days a week via Call, Text, WhatsApp for inquires. WORKING HOURS ONLY.
- Nutrition and lifestyle coaching and guidance. Tailored meal guide including calorie and macro goals can be accessed within the app.
- Single training sessions available
- 4,8 and 12 week plans available
